Processing enrollments, changes and terminations, leave of absence administration, dependent/student verification/ongoing enrollment system data audits, for the client and their sub-clients, following client specific and standard procedures within the client’s platform, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Some of the tasks you need to do:
Send notifications, receive and process all documents related to the client’s sub-clients’ enrollments, changes and terminations
Perform audits of election data with vendors, carriers as required and requested by clients
Perform dependent/student verification/ongoing enrollment system data audits for clients
Follow up on required documentation and sending of notification letters regarding audit results as requested by clients
Process documentation, maintaining data and generating reports for leave of absence premium administration
Document and communicate enrollments, changes and terminations to carriers, when applicable
Skills/Requirements needed for the job:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years’ experience performing a process- and detail-oriented function desired but not required
Proven comfort level with learning and working with various computer applications, specifically MS Excel
Ability to work with multiple source files and apply knowledge from various client requirements to day-to-day transactions
High accuracy and orientation to quality
Service orientation – proven ability to meet deadlines with a high level of accountability for output
Demonstrated ability for routine work
Ability to work within a team and uphold integrity
Good verbal and written communication skills
Acute sense of professionalism and confidentiality
