What is the job?
Creating, updating, reviewing, sending/uploading and auditing data exchange transactions and sets-up client’s enrollment systems.
Some of the tasks you need to do:
- Analyze data for system conversion
- Assist in testing/updating/setting-up and or configuration of enrollment systems
- Review and audit data exchange transactions and enrollment systems
- Create, produce/generate, scrub, or audit client specific data transmission files
- Assist in creating test scripts, procedures or other client and company required documents and/or collating data and consolidating reports

What is the job?
Responsible for managing claims reporting for the client’s Underwriting Procurement Services. This includes accessing carrier claims data, updating client templates with carrier claims information, identifying and reporting possible discrepancies to and coordinating with the client counterparts for any data issues.
Some of the tasks you need to do:
- Accessing carrier claims data, updating client templates with carrier claims information
- Identifying and reporting possible discrepancies to the client’s counterpart team
- Coordinating and communicating with the client’s UPS team for any other data issues
- Encoding, analyzing, comparing and maintaining data required for tracking and monitoring statistical claims information for the client and their sub-clients
- Generating periodic reports and formatting the output based on client specification or requirements
- Providing forecasts on expected losses, analyzing potential outstanding liabilities, and delivering loss stratification and scatter charts for the clients under the Workers Compensation Law
- Responding to tickets, emails and calls to resolve queries and issues raised by the client and their sub-clients in a timely manner
- Responding timely to client’s inquiries using their ticketing system

What is the job?
Handling of interior design projects such as office space planning and office furniture specification for U.S. based clients. Projects involve contact with client sales staff, project managers or clients.
Some of the tasks you need to do:
- Space Planning. You will design system furniture layouts and specify the furniture required.
- Double check or perform a team and self-audit of deliverables to ensure accuracy.
- Make sure that all data specified in the worksheet is indicated in the floor plan and vice versa.
- Handle design projects that involve interfacing with client’s design staff, sales staff and project managers.
- Ensure that data supplied such as field measurements and inventory of existing furniture are accurate and complete.
- Communicate directly with clients – analyze information received, extract necessary information, determines and communicate additional questions and required information to complete deliverables.
Skills/Requirements needed for the job:
- Preferably with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferably with 1 to 2+ years’ experience in architecture, interior design or a related field
- Experience in space planning for modular furniture a plus

What is the job?
Retrieving and processing all scanned carrier invoices and uploads to the client’s current month’s premium reconciliation system as well as prepare Consolidated Invoice Statements for clients
Some of the tasks you need to do:
- Preparing carrier invoices for clients who self-insure their benefit plans
- Reviewing carrier invoices for every assigned client to ensure correct reflection of prior month’s premium payment
- Auditing checks for each carrier invoice to ensure correct posting of payments
- Analyzing each carrier billing’s information per process workflow and communicating discrepancies or data issues to the client counterpart for clarification on action to take
- Performing daily and timely resolution of all client inquiries/tickets
- Responsible for audit functions in the department
- Demonstrating flexibility to go on alternate shifts or render overtime as necessary to complete monthly deliverables
- Ensuring adherence to data privacy and transmission of security protocols

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (2 or more years in billing is a plus)

Receiving and addressing customer e-mails/calls and processing transactions regarding benefits e-mails and benefit-related activities on a daily basis using the client’s benefits administrations platform.

- Responding to customer benefits inquiries and requests via email or call

Resolving errors listed in the reports from the carrier files and records that were invalidated by the Enrollment System
Some of the tasks you need to do:
- Reviews layouts, structures and carrier specifications needed to create the EDI file feeds
- Reaches out to the client/carriers/brokers via email or call to obtain needed information necessary for the EDI file build and to address issues or any related concerns
- Develop and document data exchange specifications and processes with clients and insurance carriers
- Configure the system (utilizing web-based GUI) based on the needs outlined by the client and carriers
- Analyze and digest business and technical requirements as provided by multiple sources
- Analyze and develop mapping and translations between the data elements in different systems, interfacing with the client’s platform
- Build import files from various data sources and execute the data import process (end-to-end)
- Develop XML configuration files

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Working knowledge in MS Excel

What is the job?
Responsible for configuration/set up, renewal, QA, testing and maintenance of client’s benefits enrollment system.
Some of the tasks you need to do:
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, set up and testing of new implementation clients based on the required client specifications.
- Responsible for the updates and renewals of ongoing clients.
- Updates client’s enrollment systems by creating templates and/or manually entering client requirements into the system.
- Create and test Action Manager for AE and ongoing notifications.
- Generate and QA Pre and Post AE communications and queue for client’s enrollment system to print and mail.
- Performs audits of the configured systems. This includes reviewing configuration structures, SPDs and other documents and references related to the system setup, benefits, checking of structure groups, proofreading page contents, and another configuration related set up.
- Provides description of the audit findings and offers suggestions or alternative solutions to these findings.
- Conducts testing of enrollments system including but not limited to creating test employees and employee groups and performing scenario testing. Ensuring that client rules were captured accurately, and employees are able to enroll into the system without any issues.
- Testing scenarios for Life events and validating applicable changes.
- Reviewing rates and validating system generated costs and payroll contributions.
- Reviewing plan specific rules (imputed income, age reduction, benefit volumes, benefit and plan dependencies, GI/ EOI, etc)
Skills/Requirements needed for the job:
- 1+ years’ work experience in data config
- Advanced MS Excel skills a plus
- Capability to do analysis and research
