What is the job?

What is the job? 

Responsible for managing claims reporting for the client’s Underwriting Procurement Services. This includes accessing carrier claims data, updating client templates with carrier claims information, identifying and reporting possible discrepancies to and coordinating with the client counterparts for any data issues.

Some of the tasks you need to do:

What is the job?

Retrieving and processing all scanned carrier invoices and uploads to the client’s current month’s premium reconciliation system as well as prepare Consolidated Invoice Statements for clients

Some of the tasks you need to do:

  • Preparing carrier invoices for clients who self-insure their benefit plans
  • Reviewing carrier invoices for every assigned client to ensure correct reflection of prior month’s premium payment
  • Auditing checks for each carrier invoice to ensure correct posting of payments

Responsible for configuration/set up, renewal, QA, testing and maintenance of client’s benefits enrollment system.

  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, set up and testing of new implementation clients based on the required client specifications.

What is the job?

This position is responsible for performing operational, financial and compliance/governance audits of Proview Global to ensure corporate operations are complying with regulatory policies and contracts, to ensure operations are adhering to corporate policies and procedures and to determine if departments are operating effectively and efficiently.  In addition, this position will also be responsible for the monitoring and measurement activities in the company to determine the Quality and Information Security Management System (QISMS) Implementation. Internal audits are performed to ensure that the QISMS:

  1. Conforms to the planned or established requirements of the Company and to the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, including relevant legislation or regulations and,
  2. Is effectively executed and updated as appropriate.

The results of the work performed are reported to management and the Board of Directors.
