What is the job?

Processing of healthcare administration activities such as enrollments, changes, and terminations

Some of the tasks you need to do:

  • Receives, processes, and records enrollment, change, and termination documents
  • Performs resolution of tickets and discrepancies
  • Audits returned mail to verify accuracy of mailing address
  • Protects confidential personal health information in all transactions.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all customer and client information.

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
  • High accuracy and detail orientation
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in US insurance industry is an advantage
  • Experience in high volume of data processing
  • Proficient in various computer applications such as MS Excel and MS Outlook

What is the job? 

Creating, updating, reviewing, sending/uploading and auditing data exchange transactions and sets-up client’s enrollment systems.

Some of the tasks you need to do:

  • Analyze data for system conversion
  • Assist in testing/updating/setting-up and or configuration of enrollment systems
  • Review and audit data exchange transactions and enrollment systems
  • Create, produce/generate, scrub, or audit client specific data transmission files
  • Assist in creating test scripts, procedures or other client and company required documents and/or collating data and consolidating reports

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant/related work experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel Skills

What is the job? 

This position is responsible for making sure that departments and teams are operating effectively and efficiently. Specifically, this job is responsible for performing operational, financial and compliance/ governance audits of the Company to make sure that operations are complying with regulatory policies and contracts, as well as corporate policies and procedures.

Some of the tasks you need to do:

  • Develop risk-based audit plans that detail the scope, nature and timing of audit activities.
  • Perform and control the full audit cycle in operations.
  • Execute internal audit activities.
  • Develop and execute tests of operating effectiveness for key internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Ensure strong documentation is maintained to support and complete testing.

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

  • Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration Major in Accountancy or Finance, Degree in Commerce Major in Internal Auditing.
  • basic knowledge and skill of applying internal auditing and accounting principle and practices.
  • Preferably with knowledge of the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors and COSO framework.
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Proven comfort level with learning and working with various computer applications, specifically MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with all levels within the organization

What is the job? 

This position is responsible for data analysis and audits, reports generation and creation, processing of enrollment data in client/carrier websites, updating client templates with carrier claims information.

Some of the tasks you need to do:

Data Management – Analysis, Reporting, and Audits

  • Review and audit data exchange transactions and enrollment systems
  • Conduct analysis of data for system conversion to ensure data behavior is concurrent with client established parameters
  • Create, produce, scrub, or audit client specific data transmission files as defined and specified by client
  • Update client/carrier enrollment systems by creating templates and or manually entering enrollment information into their system
  • Review and audit data and transform these into client specific formats

Benefits Administration

  • Process election data in carrier websites, referencing the client’s enrollment information
  • Perform audits of election data with vendors, carriers as required and requested by ProView Global’s clients
  • Document and communicate enrollments, changes and terminations to carriers, when applicable
  • Perform random audits of enrollments and data elements transmitted to carriers by data analysts, when applicable
  • Send notifications, receives and processes documents related to the client’s sub-clients’ enrollments, changes and terminations via the client’s electronic tools in adherence to standard and client-specific requirements, as applicable
  • Perform all line-by-line reconciliations based on client requirements, in a timely and accurate manner

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Math, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or any related work experience
  • Preferably with 1+ years’ experience performing a process-and-detail-oriented function
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, highly self motivated and directed
  • Advanced MS Excel skills preferred
  • Capability to do analysis and research
  • Familiarity with data management applications (i.e. SQL, XML,VB, MS Access) a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated ability for routine work
  • Ability to work with high volume of data
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines

What is the job? 

Responsible for managing the Health Management Services process workflow for the client and their sub-clients. Tasks may include incentive management, reporting of claims and health data, and marketing, as applicable: reports generation, database updating, normalizing data and inquiry response and resolution, creation of marketing materials and administration of biometric screening programs.

Some of the tasks you need to do:

  • Processing of participant incentive documentation, encoding and maintaining data
  • Generating periodic reports and formatting the output based on client specification or requirements
  • Supporting the client in managing their sub-clients’ medical claims analysis, reporting and presentations (Health Management Services Reporting) based on client requirements and schedule
  • Creating templates and editing content and layouts of health marketing materials for the client and their sub-clients, based on client preferences
  • Responding to tickets, emails and calls to resolve queries and issues raised by the client and their sub-clients in a timely manner

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
  • Proven comfort level with learning and working with various computer applications, specifically MS Excel; some experience with PowerPoint a plus.
  • Ability to work with multiple source files and apply knowledge from various client requirements to day-to-day transactions
  • Demonstrated ability for routine work/exercise procedural discipline
  • High accuracy and orientation to quality
  • Openness and eagerness to learn and perform process- and detail-oriented functions
  • Service orientation – proven ability to meet deadlines and high level of accountability for output
  • Average verbal and written communication skills (excellent skills a plus)
  • Patience in dealing with challenging and unique service situations
