About ProView Global (PvG)

Alex Wasilewski
Chief Executive Officer

Alex is a co-founder of ProView Global (PvG) and sets its vision and strategic direction. Prior to founding PvG, Alex co-founded and spent 15 years successfully growing a large regional employee benefits consulting firm in California. During his tenure, the company grew at an accelerated and sustained rate of 20% annually since its inception. Alex has an Executive Master’s Degree in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and is based in PvG’s U.S. corporate headquarters.

Michael Rivera
President and Chief Operations Officer

Michael is a co-founder of ProView Global (PvG) and has direct responsibility for the strategic growth and operations of PvG.  Prior to founding PvG, Michael has spent over 32 years within the Employee Benefits industry specifically in Operations Management, Consulting, Benefits Outsourcing, Product Management, M&A integration, and helped develop one of the nation’s first systems for HMO management in the industry and has worked extensively with Fortune 500 employers for more than a decade.

Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  He holds a Black Belt Six Sigma Certification and a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification. He is a Certified Outsourcing Professional, a Fellow with a Managed Healthcare Academy Designation, and a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and is pursuing a law degree with emphasis on employee benefits law.

Cherrie Lou Casiño-Iyog
Assistant Vice President, Risk Management and Compliance

Cherrie Iyog joined ProView Global (PvG) in 2014 and has primary responsibility for PvG’s overall compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, the Data Privacy Act, ISAE 3402 requirements and as well as the other requirements by PvG’s stakeholders.  She handles Corporate Internal Audit, Business Process and Reports Management for the Company.  Prior to joining PvG, she spent several years in the field of internal auditing and enterprise risk services in one of the largest auditing firms in the Philippines.  She also has spent years in the field of financial auditing, accounting and tax services.  Cherrie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christianne Paula Muego Arellano
Vice President, Client Services and Operations

Christianne Muego joined ProView Global (PvG) in 2008 as a Senior Health Management Data Analyst and was later promoted to manage our COBRA and FSA Administration operations and client services. She maintains procedures and operations in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards. Prior to joining PvG, she worked as an Account Manager for one of the most prestigious public relations companies in the Philippines. Christianne graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. Christianne (Chrissy) is a Certified COBRA Administrator and a Certified Cafeteria Plan Administrator.
