Benefits Administration Specialist

Job Description:
Responsible for processing clients’ participant enrollments, changes and termination documents following client specific and standard procedures within the client’s platform, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Receiving and processing of all enrollments, changes and termination documents (via client’s electronic tools) in adherence to standard and client-specific requirements in the execution of all transactions.
  • Documenting and communicating enrollments, changes and terminations to carriers, when applicable.
  • Performing random audits of enrollments and data elements transmitted to carriers by Data Analysts, when applicable. 
  • Performing audits of election data with vendors, carriers as required and requested by ProView Global’s clients. 
  • Performing dependent, student verification and age reduction audits for clients, follows up on required documentation and sends notification letters regarding audit results as requested by Proview Global’s clients.
  • Providing ad-hoc reports and updates regarding deliverables as requested by Proview Global’s clients. 
  • Assisting in the reconciliation and resolution of reconciliation issues, when applicable. 
  • Participating in benefits administration training on processing requirements for internal and client deliverables for assigned accounts. 
  • Ensuring adherence to data privacy and transmission of security protocols.
  • Complies with the Company Quality and Information Security Policies. Protects information assets from unauthorized disclosure, breach or loss.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years’ experience performing a process- and detail-oriented function
  • Proven comfort level with learning and working with various computer applications, specifically MS Excel. 
  • High accuracy and orientation to quality
  • Service orientation - proven ability to meet deadlines and high level of accountability for output 
  • Demonstrated ability for routine work
  • Ability to work within a team and uphold integrity  
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Acute sense of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Willingness to work extended hours or alternate shifts as necessary (may include holidays, weekends or nights)
